Servers and hosts:  You must have at least one year experience as a food server and host and must be able to communicate with customers. Reference letters are helpful.  We look for honesty, cleanliness, a team work ethic, and a friendly personality. Servers are required to bus their own tables and they usually share tables and split tips. You must be eligible to work in the United States legally.

Chefs:  You must have at least 2 years of experience as a chef or food preparer. Reference letters are helpful.  You must be eligible to work in the United States legally.
